Description
This multi-lane popsicle filling machine is applicable for liquid raw materials measuring, packages making, filling, sealing and cutting. It is for relatively high volume measuring and long bags packaging, specifically for ice pop and popsicle packaging. Different type of measuring pump is available according to the viscosity, thickness and fluidity of liquid product, user can make slight change on filling weight through adjustment on measure head. It comes with an independent smart temperature control on vertical and horizontal sealing for each lane, and the sealing temperature can be adjusted to accommodate packing film in different thickness and material. The package size is customizable according to demand. The model is able to make either side sealing package or back sealing package according to requirement.
The machine features with full automatic operation, high capacity production, highly stable performance, accurate measuring, low malfunction rate, and long life-span. It is applicable for the packaging of liquid products, such as juice, jelly, drinks, milk, flavored water etc. The entire machine is under advanced PLC system control.
