Description
This multi-lane liquid bottle shaped sachet packing machine is applicable for liquid raw materials measuring, sachets making, filling, sealing and cutting. It is for small volume measuring and small bags packaging. Different type of measuring pump is available according to the viscosity, thickness and fluidity of liquid product, user can make slight change on filling weight through adjustment on measure head. It comes with an independent smart temperature control on vertical and horizontal sealing for each lane, and the sealing temperature can be adjusted to accommodate packing film in different thickness and material. The package size is customizable according to demand. The model is able to make four sides seal bottle shaped sachet with an easy pouring mouth, which is convenient for usage. It is widely used in food&beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and chemical industries.
