Description
This multi-lane granule stick pack packing machine is applicable for granular raw materials measuring, sachets making, filling, sealing and cutting. It is for small volume measuring and small bags packaging. Its volume cups system is for small granular products measuring, user can make slight change on filling weight through adjustment on measure head. It comes with an independent smart temperature control on vertical and horizontal sealing for each lane, and the sealing temperature can be adjusted to accommodate packing film in different thickness and material. The package size is customizable according to demand. The model is able to make center sealed stick packs with flat (straight) cutting, zigzag cutting, or round cutting which does not cut hands. Continuous stick packs can be produced under command from control system. It is widely used in food&beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and chemical industries.
The machine features with full automatic operation, high capacity production, highly stable performance, accurate measuring, low malfunction rate, and long life-span. It is applicable for the packaging of small granular products, such as sugar, salt, pepper, cumin, other spices, 3 in 1 coffee, desiccant etc. The entire machine is under advanced PLC system control.
