Description
This automatic tube filling sealing machine is applicable for liquid raw materials measuring, tubes filling and tail sealing. The machine adopts a series of functions such as tube releasing, automatic color mark detecting, automatic filling, automatic tail sealing, automatic knife cutting, and automatic output of finished products. Different type of measuring pump is available according to the viscosity, thickness and fluidity of liquid product, user can make slight change on filling weight through measure head. The model is available in heat sealing system and ultrasonic sealing system. The ultrasonic sealing system makes a relatively firm tail sealing, also gives user the most flexibility in tube size changing, without the need of parts changing. It is widely used in food&beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and chemical industries.
