Description
This automatic tea bag packing machine is applicable for tea materials measuring and sachet packaging. It is for small volume tea measuring and small bag packaging, making inner square filter bag with thread and tag attached, and place it into outer bag. The measure head is available in either volume cup or screw to accommodate different status of tea products, user can make slight change on filling weight through adjustment on measure head or through system setting change. There is a smart temperature control system for fine tune of both vertical and horizontal sealing temperature, making it compatible with any heat seal-able packaging film in different thickness and material. The package size is customizable according to demand.
The machine features with full automatic operation, high capacity production, highly stable performance, accurate measuring, low malfunction rate, and long life-span. It is applicable for the packaging of tea products such as green tea, black tea, white tea, oolong tea, mixed tea, herbal tea, tea powder etc. The entire machine is under advanced PLC system control.
