Description
This automatic pyramid tea bag packing machine is applicable for tea materials measuring and sachet packaging. It is for small volume tea measuring and small bag packaging, making inner triangle nylon mesh bag with thread and tag attached, and place it into outer bag. The ultrasonic sealing system for nylon mesh ensures a leak-proof and firm seal of inner bag package. The measure head is available in either volume cup or multi-head electronic scale weighing system to accommodate different status of tea products, user can make slight change on filling weight through system setting change. There is a smart temperature control system for fine tune of both vertical and horizontal sealing temperature, making it compatible with any heat seal-able packaging film in different thickness and material. The package size is customizable according to demand.
The machine features with full automatic operation, high capacity production, highly stable performance, accurate measuring, low malfunction rate, and long life-span. It is applicable for the packaging of tea products such as green tea, black tea, white tea, oolong tea, mixed tea, herbal tea, tea powder etc. The entire machine is under advanced PLC system control.
