Description
This automatic powder packing machine is a small vertical form fill seal machine, for powdery products measuring and sachet/stick pack packaging. The model includes an airtight storage hopper, and a precisely machined screw system to measure fine powdery products. User can make slight change on filling weight through system setting change. There is a smart temperature control system for fine tune of both vertical and horizontal sealing temperature, making it compatible with any heat seal-able packaging film in different thickness and material.
The model is able to make three sides seal sachet, or four sides seal sachet, or stick pack/small pillow bag, with flat (straight) cutting or zigzag cutting. Continuous packages can be produced under command from control system. The package size is customizable within range. It is widely used in food&beverage, daily supplies, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and chemical industries.
The machine features with full automatic operation, high capacity production, highly stable performance, accurate measuring, low malfunction rate, and long life-span. It is applicable for the packaging of powdery products, such as milk powder, chocolate powder, coffee powder, spice powder, chili powder, baking powder, bleaching powder etc. The entire machine is under advanced PLC system control.
