This automatic nicotine pouch packaging line is applicable for small bags pouching, counting, filling into cans/tins, capping and labeling. It consists of automatic products feeder, multi-lane pouching machine, container and lid feeding elevator, counting system, filling system, rotary capping system and labeling device. The pouching machine is available in heat sealing system to make traditional pouches, and in ultrasonic sealing system to make edge-less pouches which saves packaging supplies in mass production. Package size is customizable according to demand. Different levels of automation can be achieved according to needs.

The machine line is featuring with full automatic operation, high capacity production, highly stable performance, accurate filling, low malfunction rate, and long life-span. Applicable for the production and package of snus pouches, CBD pouches, nicotine pouches and tobacco pouches. The entire line is under advanced PLC system control.
