Description
This automatic liquid bottle filling line is applicable for liquid products measuring, filling into containers, capping and labeling. It consists of automatic products feeder, multi-nozzle filling head, container and lid feeding elevator, foil induction sealing system, capping and labeling device. Different type of measuring pump is available according to the viscosity, thickness and fluidity of liquid product, user can make slight change on filling weight through adjustment on measure head. The filling nozzle is designed with anti-dripping feature to ensure production cleanliness, the electric eye is able to detect bottles precisely and avoid bottles missing, and the servo motor control guarantees a fast and stable working process. The package size is customizable according to demand. Different levels of automation can be achieved according to needs. It is widely used in food&beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
