Description
This automatic granules weighing packing machine is a large vertical form fill seal machine, for granular products weighing and pillow bag packaging. The multi-head electronic scale weighing system is able to weigh different granular products accurately, with a tolerance rate as low as 0.2%. User can make change on filling weight through system setting change, without the need of parts change. There is a smart temperature control system for fine tune of both vertical and horizontal sealing temperature, making it compatible with any heat seal-able packaging film in different thickness and material. The package size is customizable within range. It is widely used in food&beverage, daily supplies, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and chemical industries.
The machine features with full automatic operation, high capacity production, highly stable performance, accurate measuring, low malfunction rate, and long life-span.
