Description
This automatic granules pre-made bags filling machine is applicable for granular raw materials measuring, bags filling and sealing. The rotary working stations conduct bags fetching, bags opening, filling, and sealing to complete the entire filling operation. The multi-head electronic scale weighing system is able to weigh different granular products accurately, with a tolerance rate as low as 0.2%; user can make change on filling weight through system setting change, without the need of parts change. The model is highly compatible with bags of different types, shapes, and sizes, including zipper bag, spout bag, doybag, bottle shaped pouch, four sides sealed bag etc. Providing users the most flexibility to make change on product package if needed. It is widely used in food&beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and chemical industries.
