Description
This automatic granules bottle filling line is applicable for granular products weighing, filling into containers, capping and labeling. It consists of automatic products feeder, multi-head electronic scale weighing system, container and lid feeding elevator, desiccant insert device, foil induction sealing system, capping and labeling device. The multi-head electronic scale weighing system is able to weigh different granular products accurately, with a tolerance rate as low as 0.2%; user can make change on filling weight through system, without the need of parts change. The package size is customizable according to demand. Different levels of automation can be achieved according to needs. It is widely used in food&beverage, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
