Description
This automatic granule packing machine is a small vertical form fill seal machine, for granular products measuring and stick pack/sachet packaging. It is for small volume measuring and small bags packaging. The model includes a storage hopper, and a rotary volume cup system to measure small and free-flowing granular products. User can make slight change on filling weight through adjustment on measure head. There is a smart temperature control system for fine tune of both vertical and horizontal sealing temperature, making it compatible with any heat seal-able packaging film in different thickness and material.
The model is able to make three sides seal sachet, or four sides seal sachet, or stick pack/small pillow bag, with flat (straight) cutting or zigzag cutting. Continuous packages can be produced under command from control system. The package size is customizable within range. It is widely used in food&beverage, daily supplies, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and chemical industries.
The machine features with full automatic operation, high capacity production, highly stable performance, accurate measuring, low malfunction rate, and long life-span. It is applicable for the packaging of granular products, such as spices, sugar, salt, pepper, chili, seed, grain, cereal, oatmeal etc. The entire machine is under advanced PLC system control.
